Week 3 Topic:
In Chapter 12 we are provided with several strategies to reduce stress levels, including breathing exercises, progressive relaxation, and visualization.
- Select one of the strategies provided in pages 219-226.
- Conduct your own research on how to implement this strategy and then try it yourself.
